We show that for a smooth projective variety X X over field alttext="k"> k encoding="application/x-tex">k and reduced effective Cartier divisor D subset-of upper D ⊂ encoding="application/x-tex">D \subset X , the Chow group of 0-cycles with modulus C H 0 left-parenthesis X vertical-bar right-parenthesis"> C H 0 ( stretchy="false">| stretchy="false">) encoding="application/x-tex">CH_0(X|D) coincides Suslin homology Superscript S Baseline minus S class="MJX-variant">∖<!-- ∖ encoding="application/x-tex">H^S_0(X \setminus D) under some necessary conditions on D"> encoding="application/x-tex">D . derive several consequences, we answer to question Barbieri-Viale Kahn.
